1. Order Processing

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. (Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays).

2. Delivery Time

•  West Bank: 24 hours after processing.
• Other areas: 48 hours after processing.
• (Please note these are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control).

3. Shipping Costs

• West Bank: 20 NIS.
• Interior: 60 NIS.
• Jerusalem: 30 NIS.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can track it and inquire about it via WhatsApp.

5. Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for accurate address and phone number. If returned for exchange/maintenance, the customer bears re-shipping costs.

6. Damaged/Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or delayed, contact us within 24 hours and we will take necessary steps to compensate you.
