• The product must be in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories and attachments.

• Proof of purchase must be provided (a copy of the invoice or the shipping label).

• The product must not be among the non-returnable items.

Third: Excluded (Non-Returnable) Products

Returns or exchanges are not permitted for:

• Products that have been used or damaged after receipt.

• Products that have been opened or used if their health or consumable nature prevents them from being resold.

• Any product missing its original packaging or essential accessories.

Fourth: Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the event that the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the ordered product, Al-Adiyat Store will bear the full cost of replacement or return after verifying the condition. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by clear photos of the issue.

Fifth: Inspecting Products Upon Receipt

We kindly ask customers to inspect their order and ensure the product is sound and matches the order upon receipt and before use. Receiving the order without any remarks is considered an acknowledgment of the product’s apparent integrity and conformity to the order. If there is any apparent damage, shortage, or discrepancy in the product, customer service must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photos documenting the issue to ensure proper handling of the request.

Sixth: Shipping Costs

• If the reason for the return is due to an error on the store's part, the store will bear all shipping costs.

• If the return or exchange is based on the customer’s personal preference while the product is sound and matches the description, the customer will bear the shipping fees for the return or exchange (if applicable).

Seventh: Refund

After receiving and inspecting the product and approving the return or exchange request, the refund will be processed within 3 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method used and the relevant financial procedures.
